Brief -

Design a table tent, menu, and brochure for Pasta Amore using the brand identity guidelines.

Goals -

The goal when designing brand collateral for Pasta Amore is to highlight the brands values and goals such as the freshness, warmth, authenticity, simplicity and desire to grow using the brand’s color choice, font, and structure. The collateral are designed to be effective marketing materials in a time where technology is advanced and connections and exposure can be made with customers on both online and offline platforms.

Solution -

The brand collateral for Pasta Amore was designed using Adobe XD. There are mockups of the designed print elements that were created using Adobe Photoshop to bring the design to life in the final presentation as well. The menu, table tent, and brochure are created with attention paid to bleed sections. The project was created by following the rubrics and Pasta Amore’s brand guide – from the color palette and font to logo usage and arrangement. The three pieces are created with similar decorative elements to tie them to the brand and its identity. There is good contrast in all the pieces, the text is aligned accordingly, the choice of words matches the brand’s messaging, and the pieces and presentation use decorative elements like blocks of color and dotted lines to add interest and frame the items inside the pieces well. There is also appropriate use of images to suit what the business is about. Overall, the design conveys the brand’s values and identity successfully.
